Comptroller Employee Scholarship:
Brenda Pargas is the manager of the Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) contract at the Cryptographic Modernization Program Office at Lackland AFB. She is pursuing a degree in Management through Wayland Baptist University here in San Antonio.
Celeste Carrola is the lead Financial Manager for the Network Warfare Systems Branch of the Intelligence and Special Program Division. She is responsible for the management and oversight of a portfolio that spans three program elements supporting Information Operations and network attack acquisition development and sustainment program funding. She is pursuing a degree in Business Administration through Wayland Baptist University here in San Antonio.
Graduating High School Senior Scholarship:
Felicia Shraim graduated from MacArthur High School and is attending UT/Austin where she will pursue a degree in Business Marketing. Felicia was in the top 15% a class of 621 with a GPA of 100.9 and a SAT of 1980. Her extra-curricular activities included Student Government (sec, VP and Pres); National Honor Society; Color Guard; Safe School Ambassador and Senior Board Parliamentarian. Felicia is here with her parents Ameed and Tracy
Larissa Gruwell graduated from Samuel Clemens High School and is attending BYU where she will pursue a degree in Business Marketing. Lisa is number 1 in a class of 295 with a GPA of 104.5 and a SAT equivalent of 1760. Her extra-curricular activities included4 years in the marching and concert bands; National Honor Society Parliamentarian, Schertz Sweetheart Court (Miss Tri-County); 1 year of soccer, played in the orchestra and sang with the a cappella choir. Larissa is here with her parents Jeffery and Shauna.
