ASMC Annual Awards Program |
The ASMC Annual Awards Program recognizes individuals or teams for outstanding accomplishment within one of the functional fields of comptrollership at headquarters or base/installation level and also grants monetary award for the National Scholarship, Essay and Continuing Education competitions. Award nominations are given at Major Command or higher level and Under Major Command level for both Distinguished and Meritorious service. The number of awards in each category will be dependent upon the number and quality of nominations. No repeat winners in the same category within a 5-year period. The award categories are:
(1) Accounting & Finance
(2) Analysis and Evaluations
(3) Auditing
(4) Budgeting
(5) Business Management/Acquisition
(6) Comptroller/Deputy Comptroller
(7) Education/Training/Career Development
(8) Intern/Trainee
(9) Resource Management
(10) Contractor Support
(11) Corporate Member (Local Only)
b. Team Awards:
(1) Distinguished Team Achievement
(2) Meritorious Team Achievement
